This new cohort program is designed for C-suite executives, business leaders, and senior managers ready to break through isolation, embrace vulnerability, and build authentic leadership practices that will improve communication, business relationships and self-confidence.
Our program uses collaborative learning through theater, storytelling and openness!

This program directly tackles four hidden barriers that undermine leadership effectiveness:

How does it work?
Small groups of 8-12 leaders meet regularly over 4 months, creating close environments for authentic sharing and mutual support.
Every month, the cohort will meet as a group, followed by individualized one-on-one sessions
The program features:
Interactive Workshops: Skill-building sessions focused on specific leadership challenges
Individual Coaching: 1:1 sessions designed to give people time to overcome their individual challenges as a leader.
